ADS Student Advisory Board

Students with disabilities are eligible to apply to and represent the Accessibility and Disability Service on the ADS Student Advisory Board (SAB). The SAB serves several functions that include:

  1. publicizing ADS services and acquainting the campus community with the Office;
  2. working on special projects within ADS and on campus; and
  3. acting as a sounding board for the ADS. Your representation on the SAB is a critical move toward providing information and developing projects related to disability and the campus community.

The ADS Student Advisory Board is committed to interacting with various groups on campus and offering outreach services in order to ensure members of the campus community are aware of and has access to all the services offered by the ADS. It is an active organization within the University Counseling Center and serves as a vital connection between ADS and various sectors on campus.
