Psychological Services to Children, Adolescents, and their Parents

UPCCES provides a campus-wide service to University-connected families, children, and adolescents with problems of learning, achievement, or adjustment.

Who can receive services?

• University-connected persons, such as University of Maryland employees, undergraduate and graduate students, and alumni.



• Children and adolescents up to the age of 18 and their parents.

Additional Programs
UPCCES offers additional services for Residential Facilities employees. School-based mental health programs are available for children attending LEAP, an on-campus preschool, as well as DuVal High School, a local Prince George's County School.
